              @mikeyb: The other option is to lodge a claim after 7 days. But then you're at the mercy of The Good Guys' analytics. If you can cancel, please try to re-buy via the CR mobile app using 4G/5G. This will eliminate any potential issues with firewalls, Adblockers etc. Thanks.

                  @mikeyb: There you go :)

                  Time to fix Chrome lol. Check another setting in Chrome which may have contributed. In your Chrome settings, go to Privacy and security, and check to ensure Privacy Sandbox trial features are set to off. This too will kill tracking.

            hmm having bought something this morning, within the android cashback app, thats got me worried.
            was >$2k so 6% isnt just a few bucks

            my bad, already tracked, didnt see the notice from this morning
            indeed looked to be instant which is why i might have missed it :)

                @tightarse: Actually, didn't get a tracking email so maybe that's why I thought it didn't track.

                I don't remember what the notification for tracking is as it's been a while since a decent sized purchase that I cared about the cashback on :)

                  @SBOB: Important thing is that the transaction is in your My Rewards. Maybe check spam/junk folder for email, and set Cashrewards as a trusted domain in your email settings. Cheers.

                      During the 12 hour promo, cashback for The Good Guys is capped at $75 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 12pm to 11:59pm AEDT 09/11/2022.

    My partner just placed a liquorland order. Clicked through via her CR account but my Liquorland log in was used (was auto populated and she didn't think to check).

    Can someone definitely tell me if that should still work on her account?

    Are Cash Rewards tracked via direct clicking, or via profile log in emails?

          To update. The LL purchase has actually showed up on my partner's CR account - so it was tracked via the clicking through her CR account. That's good so far, so as long as it gets approved.

    I was very disappointed with TGG at Click Frenzy sale.
    Breville Oracle's(bes980bks) price already jacked up before the sale and not able to order by online all of Dyson hair products before runs CR 10% cashback, even in stock in-store…😤

      Yeah had a frustrating experience too with TGG.

      Products that say they can be "shipped from warehouse" and then can't select an delivery address. Spent way too much time trying to sort it out with their phone service so little chance it counted to my CR annoyingly.

      Hey mate, cashback can take up to 7 days to track but usually most retailers are near instant when it comes to tracking. Sending a claim in will open once it has passed the 7 days period

      Best to send a message to the store rep @tightarse if you need further help

      For me Sony has typically tracked within an hour or two of purchase or not at all (manual claim required if it did not track).

    My sony cashback still hasnt tracked either for a relatively large purchase as well. Dont believe i've done anything wrong but disappointed my cashrewards tracking has been so inconsistent lately. Not going to open my product until I get some news about the manual claim.
