iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB, $1747 + Delivery ($0 in-Store/ C&C/ to Metro) @ Officeworks

760

Just purchased a stellar deal when browsing officeworks for iPhones.

$1747 for iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB - for reference Costco had a sale starting today also for $2129.
https://www.costco.com.au/Computers-Tablets-Mobile-Phones/Mo…
So a substantial extra saving to be had if you can get it before OOS.

I thought was Delivery only but at checkout I was able to click and collect so most likely they send to store from Depot?

Good luck

Very good price for that model

  • All OOS

Someone already posted the deal yesterday

  • Amen to those who bought refurbished ones.

  • Great price on this! Finally a pro max 13 deal better than Telstra day

    • +3

      I don't need 512G, I prefer to add $100ish for a 256G 14 Pro Max with 10% off (20x flybuys points) Apple GC

  • Wish there’d be another deal on the cheaper models!

    • 256Gs all gone which were available yesterday.

      • what was the price yesterday? Showing 1897 for me

      • More hoping for a deal on the standard iPhone 13 or 12 - like the $999 Telstra Day deal. Mostly been the higher end models getting deals lately, and that one 12 Mini deal

  • Can you price match at JB?

    • Can't see this model listed on the JB website

    • -1

Jb removed the 512gb from their website when this deal went live. They were scared of the price matchers.

  • No issues with this deal, a deal is a deal but, IMHO if you are planning to trade in the phone you buy now after few years time, let's say 3-4 yrs. I believe the latest phone will hold its value better or give you a higher trade in credit rather than last year's model. Just my 2 cents.

But you're spending more today on a new model. That means on the money spent you've lost at least 3-4yrs worth of bank interest at 4%p/a

Best to buy what makes sense and what you can afford.

I don't think there's much rationale with this. Especially since trade in offers heavily favour phones with higher capacity. Also as stated in another comment, the time cost of money is another unstated cost.

  • OOS??

Anyone notice harvey norman and jbhifi BOTH removed the 512gb pro max from their website when this deal went live this morning? Even though there was HEAPS of stock last night when I checked.

Couldn't handle the losses with price matchers, really quite cowardly conduct.

    • As a JB employee, I actually don't think the company had it on their website since 14 was released. I can't confirm, obviously, but my store only stocks 128 and 256, not 512GB models. Harvey Norman on the other hand…

      • I actually had a JB employee tell me today that officeworks were selling refurbished iphones, that's why it was so cheap. So I'm not sure JB employees have much credibility at this point, with all due respect.

        • Next time speak to the guy with the yellow lanyard.

          • @Senate 69: Don't they all wear those? Hipster freaks

            • @ben5000: Do they have any preference for those freaks over normal "boring" ones? No offense to those who dress/talk differently. I am just curious if JB is hiring for Inclusivity

              • @DAT: Yeah they only hire a specific sub group of people. There's no diversity. Blue hair, LGBTQ, etc.

        • That's total BS . Refurbished has to be clearly stated by law a massive retailer like OW isn't going to see refurb without clearly stating it. JB dude was making stuff up

          • @DeeeShow: I knew that straight away, I just laughed. They actually make stuff up regularly, and often dont know their own company policies. It's funny I know way more than them about their own job, and I've never worked there. Just goes to show the incompetence and lack of talent which are continuing to be hired in retail.

  • Just wondering if there will be any more deals for Black Friday for Phones or if it is good to avail of this offer.

  • This is brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max right and it is cheaper than the iPhone 14 Plus of the same memory.

  • This is a pretty sweet deal. I would have got this instead of blowing a thousand more for the 14 if the deal existed before I bought my phone.

To be honest, I say the 14 pro's dynamic island novelty wears off pretty quickly and the AOD is nice but took a hit on battery. This 13 pro series, doesn't have those features but the promotion and good built, good battery life, at this lower price, is pretty enticing.

  • My Daughter needs a new phone so I'm wondering how long to expect deals from JbHi for iPhone 14's wit ha change to Telstra? I'm trying to be patient. The Samsung deals seemed to come out quicker.

dont you rather spend 350 more and get the new 14 pro max 256gb?

    • +3

      No.

      • +2

if someone is spending 1750 dollars whats another 350, the island thing will stay im sure for atleast 5 years, its more future proof i recon.. but to each their own

  • Need your suggestions please: Which is the best option to purchase this with below benefits??

Amex card purchase benefits: 1 year additional warranty and screen protection

WW gift card benefits: 175$ additional discount.

    • But if you can find it locally at shop, then WW Gift card but the phones are just online only?

  • Checked today and it's out of stock.

    • All of the 512gb variant OOS. 1tb still in stock.

  • Officework staff made mistake , ordered 13 pro instead of 13 pro max for me , I missed out
