I have used this to successfully price match at JBHIFI as I wanted to buy their extended warranty and I personally liked their no fuss returns/refunds.

I too was baffled when I learnt that it doesn't come with Google —Pay— Wallet and few other apps support and is expected with a OTA update in future. This is ridiculous for a company that is the guardian of Android.
Having said that I bought this watch for my mum for the only reason that it has all the sensors and usually Fitbit has reliable measurements. Also it is one of the few watches in Australian market to have 1 week battery life.

If you mean WearOS Fitbit's, I don’t think that is going to happen as the latest Pixel watch is also being integrated with Fitbit app and they might keep both of them as separate lines.
Fitbits for activity tracking and Pixel watches for Smartwatch features.
Otherwise they both are now made and supported by google

Thanks for posting the deal OP, however, sense 2 and versa 4 are in many ways downgrades from sense and versa 3. No google assistant, no music storage, no appstore, were all deal breakers for us. Most reviews out there concur. :( Bit of a shame since we've always had fitbits over the years. Won't be upgrading this time, hoping the sense 3 and versa 5 will actually be decent upgrades, because the fitbit app is awesome and we'd hate to jump ship!
