  • Just want to say that these are a fantastic pair of earphones. Got them to replace my AirPods Pro when they broke and the sound quality on these are phenomenal.

The connection isn't as seamless as the AirPods if you're using an iOS device but the noise cancelling and sound quality are definitely a step above. Not to mention the additional features like adjusting noise cancelling levels, increasing/decreasing volumes, ending phone calls, etc.

    • Thank you for the feedback :) I have watched the video reviews as well, and it looks like a great ear-pods.

    • Thinking of pulling the trigger. Or shiuld I wait for black friday?

      • Id wait… :)

        • Pulled the trigger:) Had some kogan gift cards that gave $20 credit for $100.

    • How's the battery life compared to the airpod pros? Thinking about replacing my partner's pair since the battery life has degraded to barely lasting 2 hours per charge these days.

      • Haven't had issued with the battery life so far. I'm a mid to heavy user of earphones (ranging from 3 - 8 hours a day) and only charge the case every 3-4 days.

        • Case charging hasn't been a problem, just that she's had to put the earbuds back more often nowadays compared to when we first got them, otherwise even my cheapass chinese brand ones lasts ~2 hours of continuous use.

      • Got many pairs of cans.

Have the Senn TWM2 and the TWM3's…

        Both super good! :)
        No issues..

I'd say this though - 3's are a little too sensitive on the touch functions. I've hung up on many people by accident from a small touch when trying to readjust. Otherwise, great bit of gear…

I picked my 3's up from JB HiFi Comm for around $250 I think the day after release…. Cant remember… Was super cheap…!

  • Seems like to good price…
    Especially compared to this joker!

  • Carefully check your CommBank rewards. Sometimes they offer $10 or $15 cashback when you spend $100 at Kogan.

  • Sennheiser tm3 or sony wf-1000xm3 ?

    • +1

I have both, much prefer the Sennheisers and they're the ones I always pick up

If you're someone who listens with a clip board and white coat you might prefer the Sonys as they will be more accurate and analytical in certain areas. But I find them too harsh and unnatural sounding and really uncomfortable after a half hour - they're just not as relaxing to listen to for me personally. I also find the discomfort distracting if I try to work in them, even with a variety of different tips I've tried.

I wrote a little review in another thread if interested, clearly it's all personal preference https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/722494

edit- just realised you said XM3 not XM4

      • Thanks mate, i actually meant the latest xm4 not xm3

      • Sennheiser… Look at the TWM2 if you dont want to spend the coin$ that the 3 are still asking.
        Slight difference, but not major.

Amazon have the 2's on sale.

  • How do you reckon among TW3 and Airpods pro2 and Bose QCE2?

    • TW3 Even though I do not own one yet. From general consensus seems, for purely sound quality, they are the best.

  • AirPods hurt my ears, as in shape and hardness, would these be better?

  • What's the volume level on these like? My hearing isn't the best
