    I've got one. It's an excellent phone. It's so cheap!! 12GB RAM makes it run fast. Good battery life too

        The photos look great on the screen. Better to take photos in full sunlight. I haven't printed the picture to see the full quality

        I turn the data off so the battery lasts longer. Easily get a day or more out of it. It comes with a 65W charge so it charges up really fast.

    Great price. Got a Find X3 Lite for ~$395 about a month ago, it's an excellent phone. The Neo will be a decent step up.

      Only just read your link. Ordered it earlier, so just require the mindset that order will either be cancelled or delayed. Currently on backorder….Have bought things many years ago from Good guys in the past, didn't realise their trust levels in the community has deteriorated so badly in the past few years.

          You have to log onto your goodguys account from their website. Then look into order history, and click view details. You will see if it's backordered or not under the availability column. If you click on track order directly from the email you will only get "Awaiting picking" status.

            @DollarHunter: I saw that. Contacted them they can't give an ETA. So got them to cancel the order, they say will get refund in 3-5 days. Fingers crossed! Just an apology when asked about showing item as in stock!

        Paid by paypal, so if it's delayed too much and if dealing with them is too hard, will file a paypal dispute for a refund.

    I've been using this phone for about a year its pretty good battery life is descent and has a 65w charger so it can charge the phone bloody fast good value at this price I reckon

        Before 11am yesterday. I first received the order confirmation email followed by another email a minute later that says the Australia Post order has been finalised. I could be wrong though as all the info given to me by TGG could be generic.

    Order cancelled by the Good guys. Getting a refund but I'd already ordered a new case and screen protector. Not sure the $30 store credit makes up for it.

    Isn't the website connected to any sort of stock management system?

    Very annoyed.

    Same got a $30 store credit which I spent straight away. I guess a small compensation eases some of my frustration on this transaction. Definately, not a great look for a big retailer.

      Refund received. Once I contacted them online the refund process was prompt and painless. By the way the cancellation email didn't do anything at all.

      Anyway no more TGG and I have completely written them off.
