Seemed a decent price so thought would post in case it helps anybody. I went to buy one from Harvey Norman in Nunawading tonight (32gb Wifi) for $625 as per the website. However it was not open as I assumed it would be for late night shopping. Nipped into the Good Guys with the intention of asking them to pricematch that price. However they had it at $648 with 10% off Apple products until Sunday which came too $583. Shame I didn't get any of the GG gift cards in time but seemed an decent price compared to most around.

They had white and black left in stock when I left - presume same price at other Good Guys too but obviously do not know for sure.

    Would be good value if it was Cellular version…otherwise the 16Gb GroupBuy for $450 the other day was a better deal in my opinion.

          And that's one of the reasons I hate Apple products.. Proprietory cables is another. they restrict everything to increase their own profitability.

          I messed with my sister's iPad. Very nice screen, but Apple went out of their way to make it less useable for me, so no deal.
