Neopro is well-priced for basic gear but doesn't really compete with Black Sheep, etc in terms of quality, so depends what you're after.
I'd say the the Neopro bib shorts are good for shorter rides but aren't as comfortable as others I've had from DHB and Pearl Izumi
Purchased a couple of their short jerseys at last years (2021) Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues caused by COVID-19 the order was been delayed and subsequently delivered in Feb 2022. The sizing was way too small and the returns process was simple. In terms of quality it's entry level stuff.
Now you mention it, last years Black Friday sale mess was why I stopped buying from them - yes, there were factors outside their control that delayed the orders but I didn't like the way they subsequently handled it from a communications/customer service perspective (e.g. I posted what I considered quite a balanced comment in their Facebook group, only to find they then blocked me from the group without warning).
I'd personally say sizing is pretty close to their size guide (for me at least) and yes, the returns process is simple if you need to use it.
Yeah, they announced they would include free socks if we didn't cancel our order, but I never got the socks (unsure if my order was shipped before they made the announcement, but I couldn't be bothered to complain or follow up over a cheap pair of socks…).
I ride with Neopro bibs and I've been really happy with them. Was able to do a 200km ride with their bibs and they remained comfortable
Bought bibs last year. Took months to deliver. I belive they were drop shipping from China.
It's a good brand for anyone new to cycling, or any new casual cyclist who just wants something cheap for their cycle commute that is a bit more catered to cycling comfort (e.g. rather than work clothing, or jeans and t-shirt, or gym/workout clothing, etc).
Cycling clothing is expensive so NeoPro definitely serves a purpose at the lower end. Having said that, I personally prefer DHB (Wiggle homebrand).
Sizing is on the small side so go 1 size larger if you are not race fit.
Agree for jerseys but not for bibs…. Bibs are true to size I'd say (at least in my experience)

I bought some last year, took a while but didn't mind, got free socks which are quite nice.
Jerseys are a bit small, but I really like them.
Just ordered a few more jerseys a size up, another bib, and a gilet.
