      Would like to know this too. I guess so because nothing in T&Cs. Edit: just read again on full website and it says:

      "You may not be eligible for Cashback:
      - If a gift card is purchased or used as payment"

      This wasn't showing up on the mobile site.

      $35 cap is a bit rubbish too so wondering if I could just do multiple purchases??

        Free, however, their chatbox keeps ending if you don't send anything within 120 sec even if you are typing or waiting for the reply. From reading other reviews, takes around 4 weeks or more for the refund to arrive. They told me to send the package and ask them again for a refund. So, a bit of a hassle.

        Hi OP.. A technical question. If I make 3 transactions and total cashback exceeds $35, the last transaction would track only partial cashback amount. However, if I happen to return one of the first two orders later, will the cashback of the 3rd order be considered in full then (as long as the total is under $35)?

    NO tracking has been sent… purchase was done at 10:30 and can see from click history. money is paid to adidas and got an email from them it's being packed…

    purchased $30 choice gift card and it is tracked after 3 mins.

    hopefully don't have to go through painful argument with them.

      It may still track. It can take up to 7 days. After 7 days the claim button will appear.

      Yep, no tracking yet for me too. Will have to wait for a few more days to see what happens and for the claim button to appear in the missing cashback section.
      Hopefully the cashback is tracked automatically.

      likewise, no tracking for me. looks like very hit and miss. lots of people saying tracked in 10mins or so. and lots of us where tracking didn't work. i think we need to wait 7 days before we can submit for investigation with CR.

    Something is wrong with my CR claim.

    Tried to 'Send a claim' filled in the details and it comes up 'Unfortunately we couldn’t process your support enquiry at this time. Please try again, or contact Member Services.'

    Tried to go through Members Services and it runs me around a loop in a webpage until I end up in the same 'Send a claim' spot again.

    Anyone else experiencing this/have a solution?

    received items from adidas but not tracked yet.
    sent a claim to CR and now communicating via emails.
    CR said there is discount on my invoice and CR doesnt allow any discount with any coupon.
    I am very well aware of their special terms and didnt put any discount coupon or voucher and not paid by gifecard. provided all evidences and hopefully they can investigate and come back…
    some cashbacks with CR I have to go back to them to explain and provide evidences to get approved from time to time….. annoying.

    lets see how this go.

      update on this.
      ive been using cashrewards for good 3-4yrs and well aware of their terms…
      all others get tracked but not this one.
      there were 4 times similar events happened in the past with CR and first 2 was my faults but last 2 was somehow not tracked and they honoured after couple mth.

      Our team has not received any information from adidas regarding this purchase, so we will follow up your transaction with the store and do everything that we can to rectify your rewards.

      I would like to share some insight as to why transactions may not successfully track into your Cashrewards account. Using coupon codes not specifically advertised on Cashrewards, the presence of loyalty discounts, AdBlocker or spyware software can hinder the performance of tracking and can result in transactions not being tracked or being ineligible for rewards. Tracking can also be affected if you shop around on any other website, including Google, after clicking from Cashrewards or by clicking on banners within a store's page.

      Any transaction we query with our partnered stores can take from 30–90 days to resolve.

      Submitted my claim to CR as well, but yet to hear back.
      Will probably get the same questions, ie/ that it looks like a discount code has been put on - but that is because of the way that Adidas did the promotion with discount off the outlet items.

      Challenge is, with the cashback, it was a good deal, but without, the outlet discount was average at best, so if CR support cannot confirm my cashback in a timely manner, I'll likely return my order for a refund. Adidas have a 30 day returns policy, which it looks like CR need 30-90 days to resolve the claim, so doesn't add up unfortunately.

      For me personally all of my cashback has tracked near instantly recently. Never had an issue.
