I searched all over can’t find a reputable standing desk with table top less than 120cm x 70cm. My room is small and I have to shift there. I’ll need to sell my office works standing desk which is really good.
Any idea?Bunnings do a 2100mm X 600mm X 26mm Okoume panel for $85. You have enough wood for a tabletop and a monitor stand. Plus Okoume is relatively light.

Unfortunately I live in an apartment and don’t have tools to cut the wood.
Is there a mechanism to utilise my current Office works frame and get smaller table top? Not sure if I can cut the frame haha but throwing this question as someone always comes up with an ingenious idea.

I got my frame from Lazy Maison as well. As said by the other reply, you can get Bunnings to cut some types materials. Your cheapest option would be MDF, with shellac on top to make it moisture resistant.

Let’s say can I get it for 110cm x 50cm will this fit the frame? What about the screws to hold the table top are they going to drill holes too and moisture resistance material? Does the frame come with screws?
Btw it’s showing as $405 just for the frame am I missing something?

Damn, my desk nook will only fit 120cm desk, but those ones have $75 postage at the same price for some reason :(
From the eBay page, apparently the frame is suitable for tabletops as small as 120cm. You could get the one on offer and replace the tabletop. At least youll have a dual motor frame in case in the future you wish to relocate it to somewhere that can accommodate a longer tabletop.

Yes, I got a notification yesterday and was not early to order it. I was actually worried it would get cancelled for being OOS. I think it said there was around 400-500 sold when I ordered it for reference.

Which color do you guys have - Oak or Walnut? Is the surface smooth or a bit matte/rough?
@hawkeye93: Walnut / black, the surface is matte and feels quite sturdy with some equipment, a 14" laptop and 2x 28" curved monitors on it
@hawkeye93: Oak / Black Frame. Matte. As Serapis mentioned, its quite sturdy once assembled. And whilst we say matte, it hasn't got the grain indents so writing on it is fine.
Though also around the 40-50kg mark too. Will need some help lugging it into position.

Yeah, cuz in this video I can see the Walnut top has a bit of texture, not completely smooth. I like it that way so that’s why I ask.

Assembled it today, pretty straight forward and easy to set up. Just be mindful it’s pretty heavy so may need someone to help you manoeuvre it.

My experience with them is if you are in Melbourne Metro area postcode, the delivery will just rock up before getting updated on Ebay tracking.

By the way, table top box is bigger than I expected.
I think need to rearrange my furnitures.The table top has so many layers of protection that it adds quite a bit of extra length & width.
Once unpacked it's actually much more manageable.

Don't have a recommendation but was planning to DIY an undermount pull out shelf for keyboard and mouse. Grabbing a plank, drawer runners and some L brackets from Bunnings.
Max drawer size I can figure is 30 D x 140 W, slightly less depending on where the height control buttons are placed and the brackets.

Has anyone noticed a small jerk in downward direction, if I was just standing for sometime and then were to press the down button desk or motor jerks and then continues but won't happen again if stopped and pressed down. I can recreate this if I gave a gap of few mins and pressed down again
I have noticed the jerking a few times when lowering the height manually.
Just put mine up together as I only got time during Xmas break. The assembly went straight forward but it has no power with all cable plugged in correctly … no height displayed on the controller. Just contacted eBay seller.. fingers crossed they come back to me..
