      • 21st November, i guess?

      • Yes 21st of November, the day before the sale. In the end it did show up for sale on the 21st but too late for my trip. I ordered it whilst waiting for my flight. Oh well.

keen on the Oppo Find X5 Pro, any other phone at the same price point that is a better pick?

    • Pixel 7 pro would be close better? camera on the 7 pro but don't have the fast charging

      • -1

i returned my p7p after many issue with the touch screen and bugging software

    • Also keen on the Oppo Find X5 Pro, hoping to hear some reviews from other Ozbargainers about it before taking the plunge

      • +1

It's ok. Battery & charge speeds are excellent but it's not the best phone I've owned.

    • Pixel 7 Pro is awesome.. perfect .. amazing photos .. sold my S22U Ultra.

  • +4

Series S at 360 (via the 10% off cards) is incredible value, pls buy before I buy a spare

    • Sorry but where do I buy the gift cards?

  • +1

Fark almost teleporting myself to jb when reading flip as fold

  • +7

Interesting to see if the promo of " Bonus OPPO Pad Air and Flip Cover after purchase" will be applicable to purchase of Oppo Find X5 pro at $999.
Jb Hifi sites say the promo is till 24th November

    • +2

I'm getting mine on the 22nd and see what happens no reason why they won't….assuming all the advertising of it will mysteriously disappear

    • another reason to get one, is the pad air any good? review seems just a budget tablet

      • Nothing to boast off. Very budget, but if I get the phone, I will be putting the pad air on marketplace to for $200 odd or more ( will check if anything already listed), so that it bring the purchase price down. Else the kiddo will be getting something for school work…

  • In the market for new earbuds, the buds live at this price pretty good?

    • I'd suggest going for Buds 2, worth the extra bit of cash.

  • Is the Find X5 Pro the dual sim model?

    • +1

      Yes

    • It's nanosim + esim according to the specs on JB

    • Ended up purchasing today and it's dual physical sim with the option to change the 2nd sim to esim in case anyone else was wondering.

  • no security camera?

  • For those with the Galaxy watch 4, does it actually have blood pressure monitoring?

Reading that this feature may not be available in different parts of the world?

    • Dunno if it's active in aus or not, but I think you can get around regional restrictions pretty easily on these things

    • it works fine but you have to have a normal monitor first so you can re-calibrate once a month ( or 3 months, not really sure)

    • Its active in Australia, I've been using it since getting the watch.

  • +1

Anyone has any experience with the Bose Sunnies? Might give them a crack if some positive feedback hahaha

  • I may be blind but I went to the JB website and can't find the Samsung Galaxy 4 special… can someone provide an online link or do I have to take a printout of the picture of the brochure to a store?

    • +1

      sale starting 22/11/2022

  • +2

Is Galaxy watch 4 ECG and blood pressure available for Australia?

    • Want to know this also. Shame the classic isn't included it seems

      • +2

        Yeah both working in Australia

  • Shud I get this Samsung Galaxy 4 40mm or wait for sales on the 44mm….hmmm choices

    • +2

      40mm quite small

    • +1

Go for 44mm if ur male? People been saying 40mm is small yet it's perfect on my small wrist, 44mm looks abnormally large on me even though I really eant its bigger battery

  • Does JB do monthly instalment payments for phones like the telcos do?
Or do you have to purchase the phones outright for the full price?

  • Guys is the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE worth it for $600? Hows the battery life on it and performance?

    • +1

Samsung S21 released almost 2 years ago, and S21 FE (which is very similar spec) released early this year. Camera also been downgraded from the original S21.

I would question if $600 is worthy for 2 years old tech.

      • You forgot to mention software support (21fe) for the next three or four years , something that won't happen with S21 , it would seem a reasonable price

  • +3

Jump on the CS 65" for $2688 or wait for C2 discounts during Boxing Day?

    • I'm torn. Do I upgrade from a C9 55"?

  • +1

No love for the flip 3 at that price?

I know its not perfect but im thinking of replacing my parents s9, they use it for browsing and facebook

  • $100 ish off mini2 flymore combo… was hoping for better 😅
    Not too bad though.

  • Galaxy Flip3 is available now at $674 at JB

  • How many devices can you buy off OW with a price match?

  • so can i buy the bigW gift cards and purchase something from jbhifi with them for a further %10 off?

    • +1

I think it works like this

You but $400 worth of JBHIFI gift cards from BIG W and you only pay $360 for it

So then you go to JB HIFI and use the cards

  • Any thoughts on the Samsung 75" 4K QLED Smart TV for $1646 with free delivery?

  • Your link to the 65" LG OLED is incorrect

  • Hmmm…I've got an S20+ that seems to be ok still…is it worth upgrading to any of these phones?

    • Nope

  • -3

For anybody considering a series S please look at the specifications…
Spend the extra money it'll be worth it in the long run because the series S is basically a leap between consoles and you will not get the same experience as people on the series X
Random example I have not had one crash on the series X on the new modern warfare ll all my buddies on series S have.

  • Great. Just grabbed Watch4 at $152.15.
Price match Bing Lee ($189) + use $10 off Jbhifi member voucher + Ultimate visa gift cards as payment for futher 15% off (bought them last year).

  • Elgato Stream Deck mk2 is cheaper at Amazon so price match if you were going to JB anyway.
    $139 v $159

    https://www.amazon.com.au/Elgato-Stream-Deck-Controller-Cust…?

    • Showing as $169 for the mk.2 buddy.

      • Has changed then, it was posted as a deal by someone else as well. It was the black version only. Maybe they changed ad no need to sell so low if no one else is.

  • I will buy XSS tmr, but I will buy some Home GC first at Coles.😆😆😆

    • Good luck, went to 4 Coles nearby, none has it..

      • I bought 5 GCs at first day morning and it seemed to be I'm the first buyer.

  • Hi guys, pixel 6a or S21 FE? Which one has better camera quality?

  • +1

Hi anyone manage to get jb hifi to price match Telstra price on Pixel 7? Can you price match online and pay with gift card in store?

  • Bought the Xbox Series S thanks.

Newbie questions, how do you increase the storage without breaking the bank? Would one recommend just connecting to a cheap SSD drive? Thanks

    • +1

Xbox One and 360 games can be installed and played from on a regular external drive.

Xbox Series Games must be installed on the internal hard drive or the proprietary expansion drive. You can also store Series games regular external drives but they must be moved onto the proprietary drives when you want to play them.
