mycar at Brandon Park, Vic have confirmed the annual Black Friday deal is returning this Friday 25 November 2022. (Update: mycar Brandon Park removed the deal page.)

On Friday 25 November 2022 book (a) online or by telephone with mycar between 12.01am AEDT and 11.59pm AEDT or (b) in store with mycar between 8.00am AEDT and 5.30pm AEDT for the purchase and fitment of any in stock Pirelli tyres and receive a discount of 50% off the recommended retail price of those tyres (Offer Tyres).

Offer Tyres must be booked to be fitted on a date between Monday 5 December and Saturday 17 December 2022 or between Wednesday 4 January and Tuesday 31 January 2023. If Offer Tyres are fitted outside of these fitment periods, the full cost of all the tyres in the transaction will be payable.

  Had mine fitted today at Tweed Heads. The manager told me that whoever had the prepaid 9am appointment didn't show up and today is the last day MyCar is obliged to fit them under the deal terms.

  This deal feels a bit like the soup nazi from Seinfeld… Horrendous service but I keep flocking to it anyway for the product…

  Used it the previous year (2021) which was bad enough already due to the site issues and then having to go via the phone line during Black Friday and be placed on hold for hours. But this time takes the cake and my experience is very similar to many others…

  Originally booked in for the 13th of December. Dropped my car off in the morning only to be called up at around midday to be told that there was no stock and there was nothing they could do. The myCar branch said they'd call me once they get stock in.

  Surprise surprise, they never called. 2 months later, I had to call them up myself but the local branch number doesn't even connect to the local branch, rather it connects to head office. Head office then transfers me to the local branch and they tell me that they only just got stock in recently (yeah right… just admit you didn't set any reminders or tasks to call the customer back) and booked me in for the next day.

  Horrible service and wasted my day back in December… I think I'll do what others did next time which is to price match at other retailers like Jax.

  Had the front two tires replaced by MyCar plus a wheel alignment. Got the car home and they hadn't done the wheel alignment.

  The store claimed that we hadn't got a print-out as the wheel alignment printer was broken.

  I checked under the car and there was no spanner marks or paint on either of the locking nuts.

  I took the car back and they re-did the wheel alignment for "no charge" and I was able to get a print-out.

  Not impressed.
