Hi All,

Just had a banner pop up on Shopback. As part of their Black Friday Earlybird deals, they're adding codes for 20% and 22% (eBay plus members) off and increasing cashback to 10% when a coupon is used, or 16% when not, no mention of which catergories though.

$20 Cap and hopefully Jack isn't around for this one 😜

As per gtb's comment - "Any coupon available will track at that 10% rate, not just ones listed by us."

    eBay tracks within 7 days per their tracking window, I've found usually within the first few hours but tracking is done in batches by the merchants so isn't always linear.

  Hey Mate please check the shopback extension. When searching in the plugin ebay does not appear and I can't make the red icon to green as usual. I've changed multiple computer and browser and it doesn't work.

  So good discounts.

  I am a bit worried about getting the correct rate, I made a purchase just before 3pm but by the time processing was done I was definitely after 3pm. I don't see how there is any proof that I could use to show I made a purchase before 3pm.

    Same here. Made the purchase at approx 2:56pm, but got the eBay confirmation email only at 3:03pm. Let's see what happens…

    GotYourBack has confirmed for me in previous deals that SB tracks the confirmation time after processing.

  So mine tracked at 4% as well. I think what happened was I ordered at 2:55pm and whilst order was completed, the payment completed a few minutes later causing the bonus rate to revert.

  Does anyone know if we should contact shopback or they will fix it later for us?

    I placed my order at 1:55PM, timing should not be the issue. @gotyourback Would you be able to confirm if there are any issues with the tracking?
