    It was a nightmare with HarbourISP. 2 minutes disconnection after every 30 seconds. Technical support was useless and then 30 days notice period for disconnection. Had to contact TIO to get rid of them

    Let's see, comparison at 25Mbps:

    Harbour ISP first year cost = $0 + (6x$49) + (5x$69) = $639

    Exetel first year cost = (6x$49.95) + (6x$59.95) = $659.40

    So a narrow win by Harbour ISP, only because of the free month. But note that it's a 12-month contract with Harbour ISP, versus no contract with Exetel.
