    Please provide example(s).
What are the 'extra goodies' for those who Pick Up?

    • Doesn't appear to be discounted.

Its normally $1349 at this seller
      https://www.electricdrift.com.au/products/voltrium-rogue-120…
And if they were in stock you'd be able to get $50 off with code SAVE50 as well as free shipping.

      • +1

The Rogue 1200 itself is not discounted, however we are providing your choice of free accessory with flat rate shipping. We are currently the only with stock, this is a reseller of ours and they will not have stock of this product. The Rogue 2000 on the other hand we are offering much larger discounts. Not only on the scooter itself, but also on the battery upgrades as well.

        • ah well, either way, its not legal to ride on the road/foot paths where I live.

    • Rogue 2000 RRP: $2100 now $1850. There's also large discounts of battery upgrades.
Rogue 1200 RRP: $1349 (no change in base price) however your choice of free attachment

Extra goodies, include: drink holder, free sprocket & tyre upgrades and other parts, but you'll have to come instore to find out.

We have very limited stock on both scooters.

      • I'm in Melbourne, but it's a 3 hour return drive to your premises. Do you expect me to drive all that way just 'to find out ', what your 'extra goodies', are?
Also, you claim LIMITED STOCK on both scooters? What is your current stock level?

        • No problem if you live too far away we're offering flat rate shipping. Current stock levels, 7pc Rogue 2000. 6pc Rogue 1200.
The "Extra goodies" that will be provided will be on the basis of what you are using the scooter for, so it will tailored to how you use the scooter, hence we can't provide every single item that we have. In essence it will be on a case by case basis, but we have also mentioned a few of them in the post

  • whats the regulations on these bad boys in victoria at the moment?

    • +2

Current in laws in Victoria for scooters can be found here:

      https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/safety-and-road-rules/road-r…

      • +2

        No need to follow link.

They are illegal to use in public, only allowed on private property in VIC.

        • Correct, scooters with a motor output of above 200watts and that can tavel faster than 10km/h are illegal to use in public, in VICTORIA

          • @knator10: Can you send me a link to any adult scooter that is legal to use in VIC ?

            • @jv: The high powered hire scooters that are part of the trial are the only ones that are legal.

            • @jv: Not sure of any scooter that meets this requirement, its sad, pretty much no scooters meet the above requirements. However laws are set to change sometime next year. Our scooters are predominantly used on private property (eg. Golf course) anyway, so generally its not really of any concern

        • +3

Don't forget the $909 fine if you get caught. So basically $3,000 out of pocket by the time you buy one and get nabbed once for using in public = BARGAIN!!!

          • +1

@whitey: Yep currently in VIC it does make it hard to use. However we do sell Australia wide and not every state has the same laws, so for those people we are certainly offering a bargain. Not to mention that if used on private property there's no issue.

            • @knator10: Do you have any that are legal to ride in public in Victoria?

              • @jv: Currently none of our scooters are legal to ride in public in Victoria, however we do sell Australia Wide and in that case we do offer scooters that are legal to ride in public. Also our scooters can be used on private property (eg. golf course) which is legal to use our scooters.

                • @knator10: I'm trying to find one that is max 200W and max speed of 10km/hr so Dan Andrews doesn't come after me…

  • -2

Usual rubbish from someone selling electric scooters…they remain illegal in all states except W.A.ACT and Tasmania where there are conditions placed on their use.I wonder how many times sellers need to be told this?

    • +3

The scooters are also legal for use in public in one of the largest states in Australia, QLD. Currently VIC, NSW and SA are yet to update scooter Laws. However our scooters can still be used on private property eg. (golf courses). In VIC they are not completely banned from use in public, however they must have a motor limit of 200W and cannot travel faster than 10Km/h. We certainly don't shy away from making people aware of the law

      • +1

Don't feed dynaflow or jv. They're just trolls who are jealous they can't experience scooters like the rest of us.

        • yeah look i dont hate them but when they start using the public roads and foot paths riding flat out - the rider needs a good kick in the head for common sense.

          • -1

@Mario g: There's always a few (profanity) that ruin it for everyone.

            • @Clear: 10000% agree and you cant control that.. so they ban them or set rules in place.

              • -1

@Mario g: There's already rules and Qld police enforce them heavily. Where I live it's 15km on footpaths, 25km on shared paths and roads.

                • @Clear: doesn't surprise me if they start getting tighter with the rules.

    • Seller does have a point about golf course use though. But all it will take will be some idiot on a scooter to do the wrong thing, then they will probably be banned there too due to the Liability Insurance.

      • there is always one!…when that one person decides to wipe out a pedestrian or gets taken out by a car you sort of deserve it!
