@Vita85: Great buy… got my motherboard for a bargain price to. Can we access mw2 with this purchase?

            • @Piper83: Wondering the same. I'm looking for the cheapest 13600K that is MW2 eligible too.

              • @Flatoni: Looking on the intel page i dont think they are a participating retailer unfortunately. Still for the price i went for it. 450 is a great buy.

The price increased to $539. $485 + post after code. Is it still an adequate deal?

Amazing to see how fast these prices are falling in the face of some competition. I paid almost the same as the 7900x here for a 5900x a year ago and that was a good price!

  • Thanks OP

Nice, thanks for this. Picked up a combo 7700x and Gigabyte x670 Gaming using above code for $897 plus $14 shipping. Normally $997. Cheapest I could find the motherboard was $499.

    • good fund, lucky you

Slightly cheaper on their Ebay store if you have Ebay plus with the FRIBLK22 code

  • Just bare in mind they post Auspost, took 4 days to ship and then auspost tracking qoutes 11-14days to WA. Site says 24hr dispatch and 3-6days postage. Now due to floods and auspost incompetence shipping to WA is "upto 2 weeks delayed". Their site does not allow you to choose shipping method.

  • Thanks for the post; prompted me to look up a motherboard I was after (ASUS B650E-E) and it was there for a really good price! $559 after surcharge and shipping! I think it was the last one too.

    • Jeez. I just can't fathom how a B650 motherboard which costs 559$ a good price ?
IMO even an X670 should cost less than that.
I remember getting my X570 Tomahawk for 400$ at launch here. 559 for a B650 just doesn't seem right to me !

      • Yea I don't like it either but unfortunately that's the way it is right now. FWIW I compared that B650E board to my ASUS X570 Gaming E and it seems as good if not better (with more I/O as well) and I paid about the same price back then for my X570 so I can justify it especially with the performance improvement going from 3700X to a 7700X (I do photo editing too not just gaming).

  • Thanks for sharing the post. Since it was 10% off site wide I ended up buying a whole new platform upgrade to finally retire my core i7 6700k build. Picked up a 7900x, an asus TUF x670, 32gb trident ram and a 2TB 980 pro.
It's a shame that graphics cards didn't seem to have the discount. I'll probably keep using my vega 64 liquid until amd releases their RDNA3 gpus next month.
