    They are "different". From the OP's linked review:

    The QCY T13 has a warmer sound, emphasizing lower-mids and a thicker and looser mid-bass than the even newer QCY T17. The T17 gives more room for upper-mids and highs, both in extension (the T17 sounds clearer and brighter, it puts higher-pitched vocals more forward), and in a literal sense: the T17 has an airier sound that appears wider around you. Mid-tones like snare drums and claps have more presence on the T17, and its overall sound feels more detailed and precise. If you prefer a harder-hitting bass and a more entertaining sound: go for the QCY T13. If you prefer a more balanced and clearer sound, go for the QCY T17.

    I've never tried the T17, but my T13 sounds great.

  These are fantastic bluetooth earbuds, and for the price (< $25) they're an absolute steal — they sound really good. In my layman experience, they sound quite similar to the Apple AirPods Pro 2nd generation earbuds (minus the active noise cancelling/adaptive transparency/spatial audio, of course). Battery life seems to be a bit better than the AirPods Pro.

  BTW the description often mentions "noise cancelling", but the T13 absolutely does NOT have noise cancelling of any kind. Like any in-ear buds, they sit in your ear canal and partially block out outside noise due to the seal, but that's it.

    I read elsewhere that the built in microphone has noise cancelling, not the earphones themselves

      Yes, the ENC noise cancelling is for calls only, and they do work quite well for calls except sometimes struggle if it's very windy.

  Yes! This deal is back! I have made a report to mods to re-activate the deal. If you need a cheap set of TWS, these are awesome for the price! Only slight negative is the passive noise isolation is not the best, but sound quality, connection, controls, battery life, app support are all great. I was shocked at how good these are for the tiny price.
