yeah, logged into my auspost account, they normally tied your parcel with your home address and email address associated with it.

the cards came today for "the ultimate gift for him". and the ones i received DO NOT have the jb-hifi logo on it.. but the australian post version has jbhifi on it..
anyone having this problem too?

Looks like the visa version cause it starts with 457824. But your link also mentioned it has more retailers. Mine only has 19 retailers and no jb hifi.

The gift card in your picture is old stock of the Visa version of the Ultimate Him gift cards, so the packaging is out of date.
JB Hi-Fi only started accepting Ultimate Him gift card at the end of September 2022, and there is still plenty of old stock being sold at retailers. There are some physical Ultimate Him gift cards with the JB Hi-Fi logo on the packaging, but those only started being manufactured in June or July 2022. If you check the packaging for your gift card, it should be for an earlier date.
Someone recently confirmed that Ultimate Him gift cards with no JB Hi-Fi logo on the front are still redeemable at JB Hi-Fi. The reason I am not at all surprised by this is that the gift card terms and conditions clearly states that the full and updated list of participating retailers is on the Ultimate gift card website (and this was confirmed by a Blackhawk Network rep).
Additionally, if you add your Ultimate Him gift cards to a mobile wallet (e.g. Apple Pay), the gift card image on Apple Pay should include JB Hi-Fi. I just added to Apple Pay an Ultimate Him gift card I purchased last year (and it was manufactured in October 2021), and the gift card image shows the JB Hi-Fi logo.
@ruztynail: Just received 2 x Ultimate Thanks and doesn't show JB logo on packaging. I assume the same applies to those cards and it should be fine to use at JB? Manf date seems to be within first six months of 2021.

I just added to Apple Pay an Ultimate Thanks gift card that I purchased last year, and I can see the JB Hi-Fi logo, even though I bought it many months before JB Hi-Fi was (accidentally) added to the Ultimate Thanks gift card.

Received eats cards. Aust post website shows subway on the card but my cards don’t have subway on them. Will Aust Post exchange them?

There have been many reports of other participating retailers accepting Ultimate (Visa) gift cards where their logos were on the Ultimate gift card website, but not the physical packaging.
I have used Ultimate Students, Home, Kids and Teens gift cards at Officeworks, even though the physical packaging did not show the Officeworks logo.
There have been reports today of people being able to use the Ultimate Him (Visa) gift card at JB Hi-Fi, even though the physical packaging did not show the JB Hi-Fi logo.
The gift card terms and conditions clearly states that the full and updated list of participating retailers is on the Ultimate gift card website (and this was confirmed by a Blackhawk Network rep).
If you scan the QR code on the physical gift card where it says Where to Use, it will take you to the Ultimate gift card webpage for the Ultimate Eats gift card, where it shows the Subway logo.
Additionally, if you add your Ultimate Eats gift cards to a mobile wallet (e.g. Apple Pay), the gift card image on Apple Pay should include Subway.
Just keep in mind that you may run into an unusual problem where an Ultimate gift card may not work at a specific EFTPOS terminal at a particular Subway location. This is due to a design flaw with the way in which Ultimate gift cards work, where the Ultimate gift cards rely on unique identifiers in an EFTPOS terminal in order to determine whether you are at a participating location. If the EFTPOS terminal's unique identifer was not correctly recorded in the gift card issuer's systems, or a Subway location changes its EFTPOS terminals without telling the gift card issuer, you will not be able to use an Ultimate Eats gift card at that location, unless there is another EFTPOS terminal you can try to use. It's happened before at other retailers accepting Ultimate Eats gift cards, but it is definitely an unusual and uncommon problem.

Just received mine today, after a long trip around Vic earlier this week. (and the postie didn't get my signature despite it says in the app is required, just dropped in my mailbox, so careless of them!)
Mine didn't say it required a signature. I was a bit concerned about that, especially considering last week Auspost delivered some parcels to the wrong address (and have since said they cannot retrieve them and are deemed 'lost'). After that I straight away redirected my gift cards to pick up from the post shop.
Argh, Auspost tracking says the gift cards were delivered. I checked a few mins after receiving the notification and I cannot find it anywhere. I'm now stuck waiting on an investigation from them.

Same. Was in transit on Mon 5th. Delayed on 10th. I live chatted with them and they said it was in transit and should arrive tomorrow or Friday…I hope so. Needing to buy a Christmas gift with them haha!
I don’t get why they even bother having this ‘sale’ if they don’t want to actually sell these gift cards at this price. Why not just make it 10% off and more stock to save everyone’s frustration.
