[WA] Craftright 122 Pcs Wood Working Set $2.50 (Was $19) @ Bunnings (Harrisdale)

90

Went to pick up the $19 Ozito Heat Gun Kit (last one!) and saw this in one of the bargain bins in my local Bunnings. Can’t go wrong with $2.50 for 122 pcs kit just for the drill bits.

Strangely, it rang up as $19 - had to show the lady the bin’s pricing as per pic. Not sure if it’s nationwide as I can’t seem to find it on the website as well.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2022

    (Was $19)

Picture shows that it was $5.

    So you're saving $2.50.

If someone spots a PS5 clearance sign saying $100 then that is crossed out and $99.99 is written would you complain you are only saving 1c?

Previous price was $5, it is now reduced to $2.50, so you are saving $2.50 from what you would have paid for previously.

Thanks for confirming, you would whine that the PS5 in my example was only 1c off, not several hundred.

You know they meant it was $19, marked down to $5 then $2.50

If this is an attempt a humour……… sigh.

BTW, randomly bolding words is getting pretty old now. You need a new trick. Maybe just strikethrough everything.

            @Duff5000:

            Thanks for confirming

You are welcome. It is a simple calculation…
ACCC price comparison laws agree with it…. Read up on them.

Nice try. Now call them up and see if that applies to this case. It is not illegal for a random person to say Bunnings had an item for $19 and its now $2.50. FFS…..

Do you have to be like this? Anyone else here is happy to know the website price is/was ~$20, this store clearly marked it down to $5 then $2.50. That's what we care about.

  • They had these available in NSW Morisset today but for $7 marked down from $15.

I'm not saying it's not a great deal, but a lot of the 122 pieces are pieces of dowel

      No zip ties?

      • I'm looking for a good deal on zip ties…

        • Aldi had a deal years ago on standard and reusable zip ties, $10 for about 500 zip ties. I'm still using them.

  • LMao that's one way to bump up part count.

Bought a very similar kit from ALDI for $5-10 a while back, used it to build a book shelf, worked well.

    I yell Craftright! Craftright!
    Just like that.
Nobody came up, I hang up..

  • Saw these at Bunnings Lidcombe (NSW) today selling for $15… Still a chance it gets cheaper.

  • Thanks OP, got one!
