Pretty good Black Friday-Cyber Monday deal on accommodation. Need to use the app however which is a turn off for some.
No surcharge when paying with cards as on other sites.

6. Promo code usage: To receive the discount, enter the code on the booking page. When using the promo code FRIDAY and paying in AUD, receive an instant discount of AUD$50 on eligible pre-paid accommodation bookings exceeding AUD$99 excluding taxes and fees.

Considering most hotels are $250-400 these days, this in only really a 12-20% discount.
Not a good deal.
Just book via booking.com with genius/mobile to get 20% off. Stack that with 10-30% off offers for a much better deal.
