      I had one of those fun size Snickers that come in a 12 pack a few months back and they were also made in China. A surprise when I noticed that on the wrapper but still tasted the same to me for what it's worth

    I'm assuming Big W are clearing out the 50g (Made in China) and replacing them with the new 44g (Made in Australia).

        You know Halal is just a paid certification for products already eligible right? There's plenty of foods that are Halal but aren't marked as such as it costs money.

          Nah.
          The manufacturing plant in Ballarat that produces Snickers bars, had to be shutdown for a few years, to upgrade its facilities.

          It had to outsource the production of the Snickers bars elsewhere during construction, which happened to be located in China.
