    It all comes vacuum packed and it can last up to 2 weeks out of the fridge 6 weeks in the fridge if the vacuum pack is not broken.

    You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.

    Once opened it needs to be in the fridge and away from moisture. It will happily last up to 2 weeks.

      I've eaten your biltong at least a month after opening the vacuum packet lol. If it's kept in a dark, cool, dry place It would last for many more months.

        3-7 days once opened, maybe a month in a fridge/sealed. That's the general guidelines for any fatty biltong.
