        Yep. Just comes up as an error on their screen. I asked to take photo of it but the manager denied. Walked out without paying for the subs.

    I don't see this offer anywhere in my subway app. I am on the latest app, and it says "Loyalty Royalty since Sep. 2021."

    Any way to see participating stores without calling them up one by one?

      Change your current store to Elsternwick (Vic) and see if it shows up ?
      Coz it does for me.

      Otherwise, there’s no available list of ‘participating stores’

    This must be the shittiest promo ever…. nothing on app, nothing advertised, subway not accepting shit….. all I know is this could all be made up. Show some solid facts and prove me wrong.

      I agree, been a member since Sep. 2021, no email, no offer in app. Cannot see it no matter which store I select. Even tried Elsternwick (VIC) based off what a previous ozber said.

      My partner received an email and can see it, but I cannot. This is somehow targeted even tho advertised as available to everyone.

      No mention of any of these deals on their social media either.

    Went to my local subway at 5:45pm. App said they close at 8pm (this is a stand along store, not in shopping centre).

    I walked in and they said they are closing 6pm and not taking any more orders.

    Can't see anything in the app? There's a "12 deals of Christmas" banner, but clicking it does nothing, and there's no actual offer.

      Not everyone gets the deal even if they are subclub, it is stupid.

      I cannot see any deal in my app, but my partner can see them in her offer tab. We are choosing the same store, and signed up within the same month from previous deal.

    placed a pre-order for saturday pick up 5:45pm two subs $16 todays deal!
    plan to order the double meats deal that day too

    (my closest shop "closes" 4:30pm in app, so i just went the next one)
