        I don't have any personal experience with Woolworths. I did have a good experience with Allianz paying out about $12k to repair hail damage on my Subaru a year or two ago. Personally I'd stick with one of the main insurers like Allianz, RACV, AAMI…and maybe Budget Direct or Youi

      In my experience, their actual car insurance is rubbish. Had an incident in January this year. Waited 2 hours for a tow truck which never arrived. Ended up getting car home myself, cancelling claim and fixing outside of insurance.

          A cooling off period applies after you purchase an insurance policy. This gives you up to 10 days after purchase to cancel the policy at no cost.

        No fees. They didn't charge me the first time after cancellation. Was able to register again no problems. Still no points though, but apparently have 45 days from when they took the amount.

        Latest update: I've spoken with their customer service and they said the coupon had been applied to the account and the bonus points will be added to my account within 45 days of the policy start date.

        Now the waiting starts…

          Nope … it's been 45 days and I haven't received my 20K points. I received 1666pts twice… so 3332pts = $16.66. I'll contact support to see if anything can be done.

      The offer has changed and you get 20k over 12 months (just read the fine print today).
      It used to be 20k all at once, or the other offer of $100 gift card, but it's definitely different now.

      20k/12 = 1666 points / month.
