  Such a bad reputation. Would not recommend purchasing from them. See here. Last time, they put my order up for review for 4 business days, before cancelling it. They did not refund me, and their customer support was so lacklustre that I had to issue a chargeback.

  In saying that though, it was the fastest chargeback I've ever had. The bank rep just said they failed to respond. Their support team is just that bad.

    Each to their own - I have not had issues with the special gift cards. I purchased a few using the x off y offers on my Amex/ Commbank Cards and recieved and used my cards without any problems.

  not really able to get these cards to children, have to sign up with an account to even use them… not worth the discount

    Not true - you can simply add the card to your phone wallet. You only need to sign in to the app to check balance etc but works perfectly fine as any other card in the phone wallet (I use apple - so can confirm for apple wallet)

  Special.com.au is a scam.. They can withdraw and change stores you can redeem from at anytime.

    Agreed - My payments got declined at Coles and Woolworths recently using the shopper special gift cards. The list of merchants is changing rapidly - Suggest using the cards while atleast some other merchants are still on the list to avoid any disappointment like me.
