G27 20 is IPS panel, and G27 30 is VA panel. In China, they are both sold for less than $300.

    Mwave are sellling these $297

    • Mwave one is FHD, not QHD.

    • Nope… wrong monitor. MWave have the 1080p version for $297, whereas the costco one is 1440p.

  • IMO, just wait for M27Q on sale again, it was $389 at Umart during BF sale, might be cheaper during Christmas, since M27Q-P is the newer model. But there is a chance that M27Q stock is depleted. But Mwave and Scorptec still has it for $399.
It is IPS panel, with better colour and response time, and has a KVM switch.
Get this Lanovo one now, it u need the in-build speaker though, or you live in WA, since Umart is OOS, shipping is not worth it.

    • Looks like the M27Q being sold now is "rev 2.0" which only spun up around the middle of this year. It's probably why it's suddenly so common again after fading into relative obscurity.

But yeah, It'd be disappointing if the M27Q-P as the middle model was discontinued in favour of the quirky lower model below it and the probably-overkill X model above it. Not that we even get the M27Q-X in Australia.
