It is worth noting purely for awareness. The plug is a CN plug which is upside down compared to an Australian plug and there's no insulation on the pins which may be a consideration especially with children in a house. This isn't shown in the listings and pictures aren't included by this seller. Other listings show the power plug.

Safety on these ones are way too sensitive. I have them switched off on me a few times when connected to a 1800W fan heater despite they are rated 2500W max. The Belkin one on the other hand never miss a beat.

I've had Belkin boards with dual USB ports that I picked up during DSE clearance sales which have been pretty good. AFAIK, I've never had a surge but would feel much more comfortable with them compared to no name brands or those without a proper Australian presence.

These boards have a habit of turning off power to USB devices when another USB device gets plugged in or draws more power. Made it useless for me
I dunno why these Xiaomi powerboards always get upvoted so much, they seem terrible even when taking into account their low cost. Xiaomi makes lots of great stuff (like the 1s portable tyre pump and the Air Purifier 3H), but this isn't one of them.
