    As always, compare prices before and after clicking through Shopback.

    There can be a big discrepancy.

    I recently booked some hotel accommodation in Brisbane using Booking.com and cashrewards 10% cashback.

    When you go through the checkout process it clearly states what your cashrewards cashback amount will be and it even appears on your booking confirmation. This is excellent.

    The same hotel rooms on the same dates at the same price I just rebooked with shopback. Other than the screen saying "In conjunction with Shopback" there was no mention of the cashback amount, or anything like that. The cashrewards process leaves me a lot more confident of getting my cashback.

      Also possibly long approval times with SB.

    Have noted going through SB and CR different prices, quite large amounts sometimes in the past. Surprised SB and CR allow this.

    Just be careful with these affiliate cashback travel sites. Especially agoda, huge discrepancy if you go through their website vs TripAdvisor vs shopback/cashrewards.

    WARNING: Booking.com website is not secured and your credit card number can be stolen
    I booked mine via their website 2 months ago and my credit card was charged twice.
    First charge (legit) is from "Booking.com Amsterdam NL"
    The second charge (scam) is from "Booking.com Amsterdam NLD".

    I have emailed Booking.com and was ignored.
    Finally I raised this to my bank who said they had similar complains and therefore has blocked any charge from "Booking.com Amsterdam NLD".
