  • What is in a Bunnings welcome pack? And how to know if I'm eligible?

For a limited time, customers who sign up to the free trial or a paid subscription and link their Bunnings and OnePass accounts are eligible to receive a welcome pack. These packs contain a $10 Bunnings gift card, 3 x hot beverage vouchers* and 3 x key cutting vouchers, which are redeemable in-store.
*Redeemable at any Bunnings Warehouse with a café.

Once you have linked your Bunnings and OnePass accounts, you will receive an email with a link to enter your mailing address. Welcome packs may take up to 10 working days to arrive.

    Signed up 08 Dec. No email from Bunnings regarding voucher. Contacted Onepass customer service, asked me to wait another 2-3 weeks and call back again. What a joke.

    Still no email here either after signing up on the 9th, even called them a few days later.

    Hoping this isn't gonna turn out similar to the Disney+ Flybuys points deal which I'm still waiting for points literally months later… all Wesfarmers businesses.

    After receiving Bunnings email, click the link and shown up “ Your claim link has expired. If you have any issues please contact your local support centre”. Family’s accounts showing the same.

      Same, only got back to my email now to click the link and claim the offer from Bunnings. The page now shows " Your link has expired"

      I didn't realise there was an expiry, nothing in FAQs/T&C to suggest so. Can't be bothered to chase them over phone to claim the offer.

      I am cancelling my OnePass subscription, and untll wesfarmers digital team can get their service level up, I wont be coming back

      • I clicked mine within seconds of it arriving (which just happened now, a month after I gave up on chasing this) and it was already expired.

  • after singed up to Onepass, me and my friends accounts received an email from Target '[email protected]' said that:

    ''We didn't receive your confirmation that a recent attempt to log into your Target online account was you.
    To ensure your security, we've temporarily locked access to your account. To unlock it, just contact Customer Service by email, live chat or on 1300 753 567."

    very confusing as we have confirmed all the necessary confirmation including but no limited to log into Target/onepass online account, etc.

    anyone got same email from Target '[email protected]'? why the emails come from @targetnewsletter.com.au as we have nothing to do with Target NEWSLETTER! why they temporarily locked access to our account? will this "temporarily locked" means we cant login and cancel our onepass trial? then they will start charging us after Trial

    I registered on the 7th and no emails whatsoever.

        I entered the address in account details on bunnings website.

    Customer s service call centre says 94 minutes wait.
    Tried for last two days and no return call.

    Joined on 07 December and nothing from Bunnings. Emailed OnePass again yesterday….grrrr

      Still nothing here either… I've just tried calling Bunnings (which OnePass emailed me to suggest), ridiculously long queue - 116 people in front and 210 minute wait. Have sent them an email instead. Also added my address in my Bunnings account yesterday after what was said above.

      Will have to cancel OnePass regardless in a few days time, coming up to 30 days. Surprised I'm still the only one that's negged this deal…

        Nah I'm with you - OnePass/Bunnings sucks. Wasted far more than $10 time stuffing around with this.

    After contacting OnePass again, I received email request from Bunnings for confirmation of my address…..its already on my bunnings account, but…..then from Bunnings "Thanks for sending your address through. I have passed this on to our OnePass team who will now ensure the Welcome Pack is sent. They will be in touch to confirm via email."

    • Hear anything from OnePass? I've just contacted OnePass by phone again and was told they'll contact Bunnings (haven't been able to get through to them myself by phone). Was also told that I'll still be eligible for the Welcome Pack even if I no longer have an active subscription (have just cancelled it, ends tomorrow).

    On my fifth ticket to onepass, someone passed my issue to Bunnings and I received an email from Bunnings customer service asking for my delivery address.

    It only took:
    5 onepass enquiries
    3 Bunnings phone calls
    2 Bunnings email

      Similar stats to mine except I've also called OnePass 3 times now too haha.

      Have just called OnePass again and they now say Bunnings needs to be called (they've also sent an email to Bunnings).

      Still have not heard anything from Bunnings (sent them an email last Wednesday). Currently on hold trying to get through to them once again (queue no where near as bad as last time).

      It's about the principle (same goes for the Flybuys Disney+ deal which I'm still waiting for points ~4 months later, sent another email last Friday and they replied this morning saying they're still looking into it…).

      Edit: Gave up after 50 mins on hold (went well beyond the 30 mins or so that it said and counting). That's the last time I try. Will just have to wait for an email from them now.

    Unable to link to Bunnings. I do not have a bunnings account but they keep saying I do with the same email as my onepass.

    When I try to reset password, I get an email:

    Unfortunately you are still locked out of your account due to too many incorrect password attempts. Please wait until the 15 minute lockout period has ended and try again using ‘Forgot Password’ link.

    I tried again after 20 mins and I got the exact same email again.

      • The message is actually misleading, I spoke to bunnings CS and they said this:

        Based on our investigation we found that you have signed up for a Bunnings account using your OnePass credentials. As a result, you will only be able to login to our website with your OnePass credentials and will need to use the ‘Sign In with OnePass’ option available in the header on the top right-hand side of our website. You will unfortunately not be able to use the ‘Sign with Bunnings’ option nor the Sign In page.

        It resolved the issue for me.

  • How does Bunnings and OnePass determine you are an unique customer, i.e. prevent someone from claiming the welcome pack multiple times using a different email and mobile combination?

    OnePass doesn't ask for your postal address. I assume Bunnings won't send out the welcome pack if it sees that it had previously posted one out to the same address.

    • Bunnings only started to check for duplicate addresses like a month ago. They didnt care previously even if you put in multiple claims consecutively.
