  • One pass is convenient and good value. No idea about privacy implications but it’s a great alternative to amazon with Kmart alone.

Just linked it. How long does the reward take to come through? And via email or target website?

  • +1

Done, got an email informing me about the $10 in-store reward -> click on the link to view it on my account -> Rewards section is empty.
    Happens to anyone else?

    • Same received email but not showing under reward not sure how long it takes

Ummm so I won't get anything if I have already linked it. Bummer

    • Maybe you can unlink it then link it?

      • I might be stupid here but I can't find where to unlink Target

        • I don't know that you can, just a thought.

I signed up a new account and was able to link to Target for the promo and soon got an email with the "your $10 in-store reward is ready!" in the title. Within the email, there's a link via a "get my reward button" where you'll sign into OnePass in Target, and you'll see a OnePass giftcard.

In order to use it, the OnePass bar code must be scanned first, then you can pay with the gift card instore.

I tried doing it through the self service checkout and it didn't recognise the OnePass giftcard. I went through the assisted checkout and they needed to do something different to get the OnePass bar code recognised.

A bit clunky, but it worked. Got a PS4 game (inFAMOUS Second Son) on clearance for $10.

I signed up 6 days ago and no giftcard in account. I haven't followed up yet. Probably a waste of my time to be told 'we can't do anything'

  • I contacted Onepass and they said they'll request Target to manually add the $10 reward to my account after I send them a screenshot.

    • What did you say?

      • I said I received the $10 reward confirmation email but not the actual reward in my Target account.

        • +3

Update: Target sent the $10 gift card as a pdf to my email.

    • I contacted Target via online chat to see if they could get it done without the middle man, seeing it's advertised on Targets website. Mary just pasted Onepass number and exited the chat before I finished reading the first line! LOL

I signed up and linked my account. The confirmation screen when i linked the account had small print that said I'd get a $10 online gift card. Regret not screen printing that as I didn't get an email from Target.

Never got my gift card. Anyone else?

  • +1

Got the email but the gift card never showed up. Sent/ chatted to onepass and got an email with a target voucher today.

  • It’s still advertised giving $10 so has anyone signed up recently and still not got it.
I just want it for the $10 probably cancel it afterwards

  • Registered today and did receive an email with the $10 link, went in and no voucher, but it did say it could take up to 24 hours for the credit to arrive.

  • Target Customer Service is pathetic.
No $10 gift card in my account (email received on 6/12/2022).
Tried calling them. 5 people - 5 different suggestions.
    But nothing helped.
Should I waste my time on a $10 voucher? No.
I have not purchased anything from Target for ages.
I won't purchase anything from them in the future either.

For anyone who hasn't received their $10 GC from Target. Give Onepass a call on 1300 026 710 with your membership details. They will chase it up with Target. I was given the runaround by Target but Onepass followed it up with Target and I got the GC via email from Target within the same day.

    • Thanks. Called the 1300 number and got the gift card in the email within the same day.

  • Don't bother contacting target. Just open a support ticket on one pass website.

  • Has anyone tried stacking these vouchers in store?

  • Can you still use the $10 gift card if you your trial has expired and you've cancelled the membership?

    • +1

      yes can
