If ordering from tools.com, do the research before placing your order. Basically the good reviews are about the customer service and the bad reviews are about their inaccurate stock level.
I have ordered an "in-stock" Festool unit once. Waited for 2 weeks, no delivery and contacted them, and was told the item is on its way from the supplier to them. At that time it was out of stock everywhere even Festool Australia so I didn't take any chances. Requested a refund and it was done within a few hours.

Yeah I’m starting to see that now. Successfully ordered this when it was supposedly “in stock” but nothing has shipped yet days later.
I suspect they just drop ship and pretended they had the items in stock. I suspect they may never ship it.
