        my account: one follow up and got credited

        family member: tried email: ignored, tried FB: took 4 weeks to get a reply, got told to send email proof of subscription, no reply,
        called: got told on the phone to send email with screenshot of email with email address/date etc, did that while on the phone, and they acknowledged it, 2 weeks later got a reply saying "we are sorry but we have no idea what this email is for", called again, got asked to send email again, that was a few weeks ago, not willing to spend any more time on it

    I can't even use flypay as they've updated the website (only for the worse from what i've seen so far) and its not an option anymore.

          I got "Error 403 Forbidden" for a start…

          …but, I switched to Edge instead of Chrome, disabled my VPN, Ad Blocker, and cleared cookies and was then able to access https://shop.coles.com.au/
          I'd already processed my order with PayPal, but i was able to modify it and change the payment to flyPay.

          Fingers crossed. I'll be checking that I get the flybuys points, and that I don't get double charge PayPal/flyPay. ;)

            @End3739: Got a text, 45 minutes before delivery was due, to say my payment was unsuccessful.

            Phoned Coles support and was told: "The Ballarat Coles store does not accept flyPay".

            FAIL. ;)

              @End3739: That is ridiculous. Flypay is their product, and they are promoting it but will not accept it. A stupid way to do business.

      In my experience, Flypay always credits points after the end of the offer period which is 12 Jan 2023.
