hi I just went on live chat and I bought an airwrap and this is what they said

‘I’d also like to advise that we’re currently running an Existing Owner’s offer through Live Chat for the month of December (ends 31st). I would be happy to offer you a 20% discount off the RRP of a new machine in our full Floor-care, Environmental, and Beauty machine range (excluding the Gen5detect Absolute). To be eligible, you would just need to have your existing machine registered in our system, or I can also organise this for you if it’s not registered yet. I will advise with any current promotional prices shown on our website, the 20% is not applied on top of sale prices and only the machines RRP.

  The 20% is not that great given it is off RRP only and any items I have looked at in the past, it worked out cheaper to buy elsewhere

  20% isn't that great. If they can do accessories/parts (eg filter refills), it would be a great deal.

      that's the thing i don't get it. It's mediocre discount compared to some other retail ebay…

      i've since stopped buying new dyson products, they are obviously more keen in getting new customers..

  Just got the Supersonic for $479 with three free gifts for going for the fuscia colour model. Chat was helpful and friendly.

  You do need a serial number to register a product if you haven't already registered one yet. Luckily for me I saved a few Dyson fans from the rubbish and they hadn't been registered yet.
