  Does PayAll count toward your minimum spend to get bonus points for Citibank signup offers (e.g. spend $1500 in 3 months to get xx points)? If it does then Citibank seems really good as you can just use it to pay rent and fulfill the minimum spend, plus earn points/cashback on top.

    Yes. Transferred 20k on Citi Prestige and easily met the spend requirement. Get 20k Citi reward points as well.

      Presume this is not fully compliant with the T&C if you are just transferring money between your own accounts / friends and families' accounts but will Citi/NAB actually penalise you for doing this?

      Otherwise 20k (or 10k velocity points) x 12 months it's just a free return medium-long haul return business class ticket each year.

        People have done this for a while. Transfer is only done based on BSB and account number. They can’t know who you are transferring money to.
