My old SoundLink mini 2 uses micro usb. It’s a bit annoying with all cables on my desk but I can still live with it. 🤣🤣🤣
I’ve been using one of these practically every day for a few years now. Has held up very well, in and out of water and also dropped a handful of times. Would highly recommend and I’d buy again if something were to ever happen to mine. I’d say the only downside is micro USB for charging but the battery life is quite good
Does this work with Google Home like the Smart Soundbar/Higher end range?
Can see it has Google, presume it'll have full functionality then? Like Speaker Groups?
It's just a Bluetooth speaker. There are no links to smart services.

Assuming OP is referring to Chromecast audio not actually accessing voice assistant etc. More a wifi alternative to Bluetooth.
This is a great speaker and I bought two with 75 dollar each 5 years ago.
I also have been using this speaker for years —- for its size the sound is great (i think) … has been dropped in a river (whilst on a hike, and still playing no problem)….
Battery lasts for ages as well…Super cool!

Like the shape the sound is also flat no bass. Get the soundlink mini too its about 160 at costco
