  I'd stay away from Torguard.. they are US-based, and comply with US DMCA policy… https://torguard.net/dmca.php

  So I think that means they are obliged to keep activity logs and reveal them when required under US law… but I'm not fully across all that stuff.

      but they could still say that while having the logs sit with a parent company or subsidiary etc… I just wouldn't trust any VPN service based in US or AUS especially, among other countries.
