Was looking for FTZ Mount Adapter so that I could use my older full-frame lens with my newly purchased Z5.

Its lowest price in the past two years, per camelcamel.

  I'm almost tempted to replace my original FTZ with this (so I don't have the hump which gets in the way when I'm using a tripod) - but still $300! - sigh…

    Keep an eye out on fb market place. Sometimes see them for $250ish.. which is about the price they should be considering they are just a fancy extension tube, with no actual lenses inside..

  too expensive compared with Canon one which usually around half price, and works with more old lens. Cannot understand why Nikon prices it so much

  Obviously Canon is smarter to lure old users to buy R body, then nature move is to buy R lens. Nikon high adaptor price pushed old users to other systems.

    With many of the Nikon Z kits the FTZ came bundled for free (thats how I got mine)
