Was playing around with some of the old expired codes from hippo2s's previous post and it seems that there is a 40% off annual subscription for expired/trial users

Don't know when it actually ends, but I would assume the last day would be the 31st Dec 2022, from the promo code :)

          I upgraded to the annual billing, then went back and added the code, and it worked, and is showing as 1 year subscription with 40% discount. Thank you so much for your guidance on this.

            @Trishool: You’re welcome. To answer the above question - yes I paid the full year in advance (but with the 40% discount applied). I think that’s the only way an annual subscription could work.

    Guessing this code wouldn’t work for a lapsed Paramount+ subscription if it was via Prime (can’t work out how anyway)?

    It’s tempting at $4.50/mth: found it to be good value when I signed up during Prime Day when Amazon discounted it along with MGM, etc.

    It's the one streaming service I would happily pay a yearly fee for, but only when it's on sale.

    There is a lot of good content on it, a lot of oldies from MTV/Nickelodeon, some pretty good original content, South Park, A-League…

    The user interface is the worst of it. It's like they took what's bad about Prime Video and implemented it into P+.

    thanks OP. Just got this deal. Does Paramount not have 5.1 sound? Just put the movie "Maverick" on and got no sound from my rear speakers? Flicked to disney and tried a movie there and got sound from the rears so I know it's not my settings?

      I just checked some of the newer releases, their exclusive content on my iPhone (14 Pro) and there is hardly any info in the "description box" and definitely nothing to suggest the audio quality.

    The app super basic, don't see why they all don't have skip recap, skip intro and shortcut to next episodes.. pretty easy. No audio or visual info either on the playing screen.

    Free trial for a month ok though
