These are legit speakers - edifiers are OK, but these are 'audiophile grade' imo.

      • I would think $1,000 for a set of speakers with a 4" driver would tell me these are quite specific use with a 60hz cutoff

maybe you have limited desk space?

at $250 i'd sort of question why you didnt get something with a bit more bass… unless you truly want to go with a 2.1 system

Those JBLs are a solid pair of speakers for $250..

Too bad that I really have no use for more speakers.

  • Is it possible to use these JBL speakers as surround back speakers for a home theatre system?

    • that's what they're designed for

  • Samsung HW-B450 , can I use this as PC speakers? what do you guys reckon?

    • Does it have an input that you can connect to your PC?

  • how do i plug these jbl speakers into my pc? do i need a audio interface. also damn $50 shipping when im 12 kms away if rough

    • You probably need an amp of some sort with a USB interface

      • so it would go speaker > amp > audio interface, need a whole lot more equipment to use then :(

    • why not come in and pick them up?

Also, you need an amp for these, they will not directly connect to your PC
