  • Got three of these a few months ago. Useful beasties.

    • Does it work on iPhone? Is it MFI certified?

      • +4

if it doesn't say it, it's not.

      • -5

        Literally says in the description

        • where? it's not MFI

      • +1

        Is it MFI certified?

        No need to swear mate

  • +3

    Thanks OP bought two.
Buyers beware postage insurance is ticked by default, make sure you untick it before checking out.

I have about 6 of these. I don't know why. I bought them for less than this - closer to $3 a piece.
They are good, however there is a 4 connector version that is better but also more expensive.

Shopping Square is Zapals. Right its all coming together with the amount i've spent/saved/not saved with them through OZB
Support latest iOS great next update my 5x cables on iphone might be dead and might be able to only charge my blinds (usb-c) and old power banks (micro usb). Kind Regards, Apple Family

  • I bought 2 red before. Strange thing is the no MFI certified lighting cable is working on my all Apple stuffs (up to iPhone 11). So bought 2 again.

    • +1

MFI should not be allowed, it's a proprietary Apple certification.

      • +1

MFI alone costs more than this cable from experience.

Just want to let people know that this kind of cable doesn't deliver fast charging/QC

    • i can confirm too

  • I bought a couple of their 4-head ones from their eBay store (Baseus offical store I mean) over the New Year sales. I think it was better value since it was free shipping.

  • Will this work with Android Auto and Apple Car Play? I'd get one so my girlfriend and I don't have to keep swapping cables.

    • Nope

      • Why not? Should be working just fine

        • I have 2, both worked with Apple Car Play and neither works with Android Auto, (E) but I imagine it's very phone and car dependant.

        • tried on Mazda, but neither apple car play, nor android auto is working with the cable…

not working correctly as well if charge all 3 phones at once. Mostly only charging USB micro, neither C nor apple is charging…

    • +1

Is there a cable that can do this. I would love this also.

    • +5

I can vouch for this working with Apple Carplay & Android Auto for both iPhone 12 and Google Pixel in a 2020 Honda CR-V - $6.95

      https://www.flashtrend.com.au/4-in-1-phone-cable-remax-light…

      • the cable looks solid… does the real thing look like as per image?

        • It does. The secret to Carplay and AA compatibility is in-line converter tips, not cables that 'split' USB.

Ideally MFI certified if you can find them. USB-A to USB-C cable with a USB-C female-female joiner and then USB-C to Lightning (MFI) should also work.

At least check they support data and 2.4amp charging and it's worth a shot.

Just base your connections on the product referred to above.

Another option - I had a cable similar to this before, and it was fine, but double the price: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https:/…

      • Thank you I will give this a try!

      • 2020 Honda CR-V - $6.95

        Seems about right :-D

      • Arrived today and works a charm! Thanks

These cables are rubbish. Don't buy them. I bought 3 last time and they all failed with 3 months

    • -6

So are you accusing those whom had/have great experiences with these cables were lying?

    • +3

      Similar experience too

    • +1

It's your own issue, so many people without problems

    • +1

Well I bought three and we will see whether those are rubbish or not…

    • +1

Let me guess, the lightning tip broke, but the USB C and micro still work fine?

    • out of 3, mine failed one….

  • +2

$7 for me including shipping ….
part of me is going … "Be a man …."

    • +2

      …do the bright thing.

  • Bought one of these a few years ago from ShoppingSquare iirc for about three dollars. Still using it. I hope that doesn't kill it.

  • They are good compared to any no name 3 in 1 cable.

  • Looks like it's out of stock now :( "Out Of Stock (Coming Soon)"
