  cashback is calculated incorrectly since last promotion. 10% is not 10%, it is just a 2% or something. Does anyone face the same issue here?

    The regular cashback has not been tracking correctly for me for the past couple deals. Tracking at 0.4% instead of 1%

    If you see in the description "AU_SBOC_EVERGREEN_EBAY…..", that refers to the standard 2% bonus for Westpac customers

    but if you see "AU_SBOC_TACTICAL_EBAY_……", this is the 10% Bonus cashback for this deal

      Does ebay cashback calculate based on full amount?
      Do they track per order or per item? It looks like they track per item, if so I have some order missing tracking..

  Has anyone experienced this that I shopped on eBay and Lululemon on the weekend per the process and deal requirements, however only the regular cashback tracked not the Westpac lounge bonus cashback.

  I had followed up on Shopback app but cannot get in touch with a real representative to help.

  It causes inconvenience. It's very annoying. I am not going to use ShopBack. Cashreward works much better and everything is in order per their promo procedure.

      Why am I seeing all the 2% Westpac bonus cashback AU_SBOC_EVERGREEN_WESTPAC_CLO_5 being rejected?
      The standard ebay cashback and 10% westpac bonus are still pending.

      Edit: I used partial GC and Westpac payment.

  Mine has just updated with the amount tracked which is odd because I used eBay Plus discount codes for both transactions I made but received the maximum cashback for both.

  Mine has the same situation. And my 10% Westpac Cashback has been tracked with correct amount. However, the 2% Bonus are rejected. The base rate of the eBay cashback are tracked as “Calculating” on one of the item. @gotyourback I have reach to one of the custom service representative. Hope can be sort out soon.
