          Hmm… I just bought a $75 super swap card and only the $5 challenges has indicated as being completed but not the $10 challenge. I hope it doesn't doesn't just give me the $5 because that would be annoying.

      Yeah this applies to both eBay and Amazon, if the Cashback earned is $0, no Bonus Cashback will apply.

I find it weird that postpaid mobile says up to $42 Cashback still and you tick it and it says can’t be found. Fair enough other Optus products say temporary unavailable.         Really? Is this just an eBay thing? Whenever there's bonus Amazon and other stores there's always a bonus gift card purchase so I only ever use one deal. Since I figure if your gonna purchase the gift card you can't then use it to get the cashback from purchasing at the store?

        I thought there was always an exclusion in the fine print and you had to pay with your own money to get the cashbacks i.e. not use gift card?

    have to pay via Westpac card on ebay to earn the bonus…already bought so many eBay gift cards at 10% off before and can’t stack. eBay doesn’t allow you to choose part payment with credit card if the gift card balance can cover the whole purchase amount :(

      Per purchase mate, you just need to click through from ShopBack in between purchases to ensure each one tracks. The caps listed here are for the bonus Cashback only, the original Cashback is uncapped.

    my ($154) First Choice order using my WP ccard has tracked at $0 for the bonus instead of the full $20 (I know this card works as have used it for other WP bonus offers). The 20% regular cashback worked fine. Seems to be a glitch in the system for the bonus?? Done through desktop, Chrome browser.

      Hey mate, eBay have the browsers extension switched off, same with Amazon. You can still purchase via desktop, just click through from the ShopBack website to activate tracking.

    Can anyone comment on how eBay tracks If one has the android's app. Unlike Amazon etc which opens in shopback app browser, eBay pushes you straight to their app from shopbacks portal once you click to shop via shopback app. Is it still tracking if so? I'm always nervous and prefer doing it via the apps portal and I try and avoid the web browsers due to cross contamination of browsing these sites already before purchasing.

      Yep. I always (try) to get the $30 GC deals, they are better for AliExpress and sometimes they have upsized cashback deals I can take advantage of.

      I use eBay a lot so that's SB only, SB also have good GC deals and their base cashback rates for GCs are higher, if you have an eligible Westpac card then you're probably pretty happy with SB right now.

    For some reason, when I used this promo yesterday, eBay charged me for the total amount of last order that I did on 1st Jan (Total amount paid on Westpac card) which was already processed. It's now showing in a pending state. Same issue as this one but it happened to me after a week. Not sure what is going on and no relation between now and the last order which was made a week before. I advise everyone to check their Westpac transactions. You can track it with the eBay order numbers on the transaction.

    Shopback tracking came through fine this time but there are some issues with Westpac promos like the one I reported last where it was tracked ~7% like this one.

    @gotyourback: It would be great if we can get updates on these above issues.

          This is very annoying as the extra debit put my balance to negative for a few days. Make sure you go to westpac account settings and turn off the overdraft facility which is turned on by default and you will be charged extra fee for the overdraft.

    Credit card payment method on doesn't work on Lululemon and I assume Paypal doesn't track according to the T+Cs so there's no way to get the bonus cashback then?
