  • can i do dual screen with this?

    • You need a USB to DVI adapter for dual screen, there about $50. plenty available on ebay.

      • HDMI out / VGA in

From Lenovo's specs…looks like nothing is required for dual display if your 2nd monitor accepts HDMI.

Good price for this model, nice config for the $$$! :)

        • can rep confirm HDMI out can be connected to 2nd monitor with HDMI interface? thanks.

windows os on SSD? any integrated mic and cam?

i am thinking to run mainly SQL stuff on this box, wondering if it can take the abuse.

        • +1

          Hi Jeff9999

Yes the second monitor has to use the HDMI connection. If your secondary monitor does not have HDMI you can use an adpater for that.

The OS is installed on the SSD and it is set to the primary drive.

Yes to the Cam & Mic

With running SQL on the machine I would say Yes to the Abuse because it is a commercial grade machine BUT not having do so before i probably wouldn't recommend it.

Just recently received one of these as my new work PC. Very happy with it, except the keyboard/mouse are a pain to get synced to the tiny USB dongle (that hides in the mouse). Had to ditch the keyboard in the end, as the key coding for the function keys won't work with our in-house SCO/Linux based management system. And Lenovo were no help, grrrrrr… any other keyboard works fine with our system.

Using my recently "obtained through OzB" Lenovo ThinkPad Android tablet as a second screen wirelessly using iDisplay. Works a treat!

  • can it be used for any other keyboard and mouse?

  • What gen is the i7 Processor?

"Three year onsite warranty from Lenovo" I like :O!

"in unopened boxes." if customized with SSDs etc. How are the boxes unopened?

    • These systems were customized for a commercial order by Lenovo.

    • @ Moots
      Intel Core i7-2600s is Gen2
      Great price OP.

  • Grr, I just ordered two Asus AIOs last week. These would have been way better.

  • Its got USB ports, so you should be able to plug other devices in.

  • Quite a computer spec noob here, so was just wondering if my kid will be able to run his games on this at max display options (E.g Diablo 3)? Cheers.

edit: Can anyone give some advice on this? Thanks.

    • Hi

You should be able to run it on the Max Spec. We have a number of clients using these machines for doing CAD. The only thing that may let you down a little might be the graphics.

  • Touch screen??

    • No

  • Good price! Few of the computers at work are getting a bit long in the tooth, might try convince the boss to get some of these. Although we already have dell U2412M monitors everywhere and I dont think they have HDMI to use as duel screen.

    • Hi Mate

You can use a HDMI to a DVI Adapter to change the connections around.

  • What are the screen resolution? is it FULL HD 1080p?

    How many usb 3.0 port?

    cheers

  • This is the exact same one Megabuy had a little while ago (but this one is cheaper), which I recommended a friend to buy.
It is very good value. And also eligible for the ~$15 Windows 8 upgrade. The SSD is not the fastest, but the machine is still very quick. It is set up well by Lenovo, with OS on SSD, and the 500GB "normal" drive completely empty. The wireless keyboard and mouse are good.

  • How do I add USB 3.0? Since this is an AIO, there are no expansion ports.

    • +3

I think you just answered your own question. :)

      • I did, but I was hoping someone has a way to add USB 3.0.

  • I clicked the link and the buy price was $1099.00 Where did the title price of $880 come from?

    • Did you try the big coupon code up there?

    • +1

Probably from using the coupon from the original post.

    • Hi There

You have to use the Coupon code in the check out :)

      • Just ordered 1, when can i expect it to be shipped?

        • Will be dispatched tomorrow. And thanks for your order and prompt payment.
          Cheers

        • It's "tomorrow" and it hasn't been marked as shipped. Confirmation?

  • could someone tell me if this would be good for photo/video editing please, cheers

    • Hi

We have several clients using them for CAD and they are quite happy with the results. It more than meets their requirements.

I'm very it would be good for photo and video editing.

      • thank you

  • Great computer

  • I made an order a couple of hours ago, I am in central Melbourne, do you think I will receive the computer by the weekend?

    • Should do, if it hasn't been dispatched today it will be tomorrow.

  • Just ordered one and you've cut off half your phone and fax number on the invoice.

    • +1

      Speed dial??? :p

    • lol…i'll check that. Not sure what happened. Thanks

  • can I use the same serial to downgrade to PRO 32 bit? need 32 for work

    • Hi

We have had success in the past re-installing a OS using the Same Key, as the Windows Keys are not 32 or 64 based anymore. You will have to have the media (7 Pro) to re-load on the machine.

We would strongly suggest that you have a recovery for the originally OS as there would be nothing worse than been with-out both.

We can not carry out this service for you either & it may void the warranty on it.

I would suggest getting in contact with Lenovo & Microsoft to double check.

    • I haven't had problems switching between 32 and 64bit with the same key too.

The official MS W7 SP1 ISO files are available here:
      http://www.mydigitallife.info/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-fro…

Installing a different OS won't affect the hardware warranty, but obviously any software problems you encounter later on won't be supported!

32-bit OS on an 8GB machine.. what a waste. :)

  • This seems like a really good deal but I'm just wondering how great the graphics really are…

For the rep - Is it possible to get it cheaper if I do not wish to want the keyboard/mouse?

    • Hi

With the graphics, it always comes down to what your doing on it. It will be MORE then enough be exceed everyday usage, but it still has the grunt to handle things such as video/ photo editing and a few games as well.

In regards to the Keyboard & Mouse, no sorry those two items do not add or take away any value to these units. They are already as cheap as it gets, and we're sure we'd have many people agree with us :)

  • I just read that it says:

    "Slots

    One Mini PCI Express"

Can I insert my own USB 3.0 expansion card into this?

    • mini pci express is generally for laptops, is your usb 3.0 expansion card for mini pci?

  • Thanks OP! grabbed one…

  • +1

My 91z arrived this morning, it's really nice! thanks OP for the good deal and quick despatch

  • Anyone come across the issue that in Lenovo Solution Center - the warranty expire date been the wrong date? it appears the warranty expire date is set to 4 December 2014 instead of three years from our purchase date.
