Milwaukee 12V Brushless 2 Piece Drill/Driver Combo Kit $349 Delivered @ Toolmart

250

Noticed this fairly cheap considering Milwaukee doesn't discount, however haven't purchased from this seller before.

Appears to be the last gen however handy around the house.

Currently has a +BONUS 12V 2AH HO BATTERY (M12HB2) VIA REDEMPTION

Cheers

  • Good deal with the bonus battery.

  • Bought a set, thank you OP!

  • Have this

Not many left at $199 then they go toy $269, I'm building a kitchen and they are brilliant, save my arms as they are light and last well on the tiny batteries, torquey and seem decent value so far (8 months)

    • 10mm chuck could be very annoying.

      • I have the AEG equivalent of this, as torquey as it is, you really don't want to be trying to do anything bigger than 10mm with this except maybe in some really soft material.

        • They were designed for cabinet makers, chipboard and softwood, so yeah!

      • They are for cabinet making and other confined places work, not drilling 13mm holes in cast iron!

I didn’t know we were talking about cabinet makers or cast iron… anyway
The Milwaukee one comes with a 13mm chuck , makes it more convenient.
I’m taking from my experience of daily use.

    • Not relevant, I think. Not brushless?

        Also 18v. Big and clunky.

      • Never considered that

In my experience my MXT Brushed circular saw fitted with a LXT to MXT adapter uses less current (hardwired (soldered) in to get best contact) than my new LXT brushless, thing is that the MXT brushed saw uses less power and is not any less torquey, I cut a lot of wood while building hen houses well away from DC options and am off-grid.

Great deal. I love Milwaukee M12 because they're small and cute but still pack a punch.

    Milwaukee don't do discounts

I beg to differ. I got discounts, free gear and free delivery when I dropped $10k at Total Tools

Redemption link: https://www.milwaukeetool.com.au/redemptions/ Great tools in my experience.

  • Still seems to be available (not expired) as of 5pm 16/1.

The M12BD-0 is really the 1 I want but it doesn't appear to be in any kits of tools I want, nor has it been on any discount I can find.
