The other deal posted today was really good but it's overseas so warranty is a bit of an issue, and only came with the 1 controller

where as this deal has an additional 1 controller and 3 ps3 games/warranty. Not sure if it justifies the 150 dollar cost though.

    • more like $160 extra! those games aren't worth that much anyway GT5 around $25 if not less online DJ Hero 2 was at Big W few months back for $20! with two turn tables.. and the controller target had them for $63,

I'll say though even if you did buy the console over seas and those extra games and controller it will end up around the $100 ~ mark.. so not that much different to local stock.. just a thought

      • Zavvi sells the controllers for $40. Dh hero 2 is possibly the shittiest game I have ever played. Not worth it imo.

    dupe

  • This sale has been going for ages. The red ones are no longer available but this deal has been going for the black ones too since the start of June:

I think it's close enough to be a dupe too.

    • better to report it as a dupe than to neg it

      • OK, cool. Not a great deal either though considering 160GB PS3s were $229 last week and controllers are $40 from Zavvi. They were/are real bargains. The extra stuff that this deal has is not nearly worth $118 in my opinion.

  • Ahh ok i thought there was a big difference in price between 320 and 160gb ps3s

    • I thought it was an OK deal but not great compared to recent deals.

320GB PS3 is not really worth it. Not everyone needs the extra hard drive space and those that do can upgrade to a 500GB or 750GB hard drive for the same price as the premium charged for the 320GB PS3. It's a simple upgrade, doesn't void warranty and Sony even provides the instructions to do it.
