Just to be clear, I don't recommend either product. It's an important to note there are more reviews and yet to be a negative, which cannot be said for the alternative that was posted.

Why does a kid need a smartwatch?
These generic smartwatches usually require you to install a companion app which might not be very safe / have security bugs or issues. In some cases the apps just don't see any updates because the developer abandoned it and moved on to other projects.
For wearables, I'd highly recommend sticking to known brands. A Xiaomi Mi Watch lite, Amazfit GT series or a Mobvoi GTH / GTH Pro might be a better budget choice, and if you're willing to spend up to a $70~80 you can get fairly accurate health-focused watches like the Huawei Band 6 or 7 (check Aliexpress or eBay)
