Came across Virtualprawn's comment from the SooPii $11.99 deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/13176077/redir, and saw that Toocki had a coupon for "AU $1.43 off $7.13 (QX5D3I0UMH8V)". Normally I do my final orders in US dollars for my Mastercard, but when I picked US $ the coupon was not available because the base price is US $4.99 and coupon is minimum $5.00, but changing it to AU $ does apply the coupon as it is over the minimum then.

My price breakdown was: AU $7.28 - 1.43 (coupon) - 0.17 (coins) = 6.26

See previous topics for discussions about the SooPii equivalent possibly being a fire hazard. I'm willing to give one a go at this price though …

  You mean this deal a fire hazard? A USB-A to USB-C cable can't be a USB-PD cable. It should be USB-C to USB-C. I bet it doesn't even have a 56ohm resistor. No wonder it's a fire hazard if its gone against all the rules.

    There is plenty of usb-c to lightning cables out there in plenty of different lengths? lightning cables are not certified to charge at anything over 30w so if a 100W cable is what you're waiting for, you'll be waiting a while.

  coupon isn't working for me now because price BEFORE coupon is $7.11, not the $7.13 that it needs to be to activate the coupon !!
  Maybe exchange rate has changed in unfortunately a good direction?
