      Surely not.. Assumed that was just a bonus accessory (to wear on wrist or something)?
      Would get in the way of getting card out but handy for slipping notes under perhaps.
      
      PS saw on eBay $15+10.
      Should have picked up something similar on Amazon when was a one day special.
