Thanks bought to start my fire when camping

Good Price but be aware there is no fast charge at all for charging devices and itself. Its the bog standard 10w from 10 years ago. And Usb C is input only.

    Recharge Time: 9 Hours

Most phones will take 2 hours plus to charge from empty at 10w.

      Thanks, you stayed my hand

Long enough extension cords are too expensive…. This is better value

Not really sure if you actually need more elaboration but being overseas is usually where you use your phone more for photos, maps and uber etc. you definitely do not want to have a dead phone when you don’t have a car and don’t know your way home.

    • By that logic, why have anything with a battery? I mean, there's electricity, so no need for a battery of any kind.

not going to buy anything with this dodgy brand

    • Was about to post the same. Never really trust a brand just because others are buying.

"..Never really trust a brand just because others are buying."

Phew…was about to buy an iPhone.

        • Well now you can’t buy anything…

    • WOW thanks was about to press the BUY button :(

Any suggestions for a decent power bank around the size that won't break the bank?

for powerbank…always go with Ozbargain trusted & verified brand - Xiaomi :P

too bad there are less Xiaomi powerbank deals these days! :(

I have a 10000mah one that is around 6 years old and still holding up.

          • @omguleh: Same here, purchased from Lanplus_australia eBay June 2017, it's had a heap of use and it doesn't seem to have deteriorated much, still holds a good charge…

            • @FLICKIT: I actually bought it direct from their shop in Shanghai during a trip there.

Romoss or Anker are very reliable and rated highly.

Wow thanks for the link. I had three Heymix powerboards around the house including kids rooms which are now being removed. I like others purchased based on reviews. Will replace with Belkin.

    • That is terrible

Excellent to recharge your Samsung Galaxy 5 or Iphone 3GS.

Probably be better if you linked the above post by Davidl2 in your post to warn others about the dangers.

Can't as you've already upvoted it. Most you could is revoke your upvote (in votes tab).

  • My Remax power bank: https://happyinmart.com.au/collections/new-arrivals-1/produc…

Charges my S22 Ultra as fast or faster than my HeyMix 65w wall charger: https://www.amazon.com.au/your-orders/pop/ref=ppx_yo_mob_b_p…

  • Another HEYMIX product "on special" 🙄

Bought these from a similar deal a year ago.

White one stopped holding charge after a few months. Now it can only realistically top up charge on wireless earbuds.

The black one is still going, but not a great experience. Choose a different brand or deal if tou can.

These power banks are quirky. They are probably actually 15k mah I believe but only supply 10k mah output. The voltage supplied is quite marginal as a result of the "step down", basically around 5v but I suppose the benefit is a less "stressed" battery and likely good longevity - the IC seems to behave similarly like a lot of other chargers. However it requires a good strong charger - I find those in simple power strips no good. Not sure why peep comparing this to a power strip - I've had quite variable luck with power strips and they need to be tested anyway to make sure their properly grounded. I mean this happens to all electronics including usb-c cables. Peep plug in anything nowadays and assume they work, so they deserve what happens 5% of the time. I mean you don't expect anything built around pandemic times to be 100% without problems?

cancelled my order after op cancelled her order.

  • 5v only, no quick-charge or anything, makes me wonder if this is VERY OLD STOCK they're trying to offload…

The questions on the listing go back to Oct 2021, odd they only have 10 ratings for such an old item…. .

  • Amazon has MagSafe powerbank almost the same price as AliExpress if you search a bit.
