One thing I always wonder with this is, what happens on the console when you change regions?
Are all of your games always available? Do you need to change regions to play games you bought in a specific region?
How often can you change regions?

  I have both us and au account on my switch and both users can play games bought from either e shop. I think U only get restrictions if U Master your account on another switch

  I change regions often on one account (to have all games tied to the one account) and haven't had issues swapping or playing any games

  But seriously I have a few… I think they were giveaways. If you're an adult (ie. not looking for something to play with your kids) then there's always something else to play that's better.
  
  Otherwise, Bit trip, mana spark, pudding monsters are the best but they're not for everyone (pudding monsters is a great puzzle game… These guys aren't the original developer they just did the port from mobile. Bit trip is a port too).
