    To be fair I thought it was a pretty good offer but lesson learned from me. I think I replied in the same manner as the posts content. I took offence from some of the language used. Such as "bribing my customers" etc. So yeah maybe I got a little defensive lol.

    I've tailored this offer to be cleaner so hopefully less confusion and better comms around it.

    I'm genuinely interested in doing more deals with OzBargain :-)

    To be fair that guy was a bit of an ass imo, didn't bother to actually read the deal explaining how the cashback was broken down and accused the owner of paying more for good reviews which wasn't the case.

      I was a bit of an ass once I saw how an actual business representative was talking to his potential clients before I even got involved.
      "Read the title" "I give up" "this is why I don't post here regularly" etc
      They were nice here and actually answered questions so why couldn't they maintain that?

      I wasn't going to bring this up again personally because the rep seemed to actually realise his tone wasn't professional, but we'll see how it goes. The reputation and service of a business needs to be upheld regardless, if you go to some small local store in person and they started talking to someone like that they'd walk out.

      This is a much better deal than buying feedback and "see website for more details" in the last deal was a thinly veiled attempt at generating traffic and page visits, so glad to see a bit more about the actual business even if the description is smaller.
